Domestic Terminal International Terminal About the Information Board Each destination is represented with an easy-to-understand symbol (pictogram). In addition, there are security checkpoints, information centers, and arrival gates in the North and South of the terminal. To easily understand the Information Board, the North is color-coded "pink" and the South is color-coded "blue". Furthermore, the distance to each destination is indicated in meters, so you can predict the distance and proceed with confidence. Braille Blocks On the 1st floor of the Domestic Passenger Terminal, Braille blocks are installed up to the counters of each airline, restrooms, and the North and South Information centers. List of Airlines Toilets and Multi-purpose Restrooms Each floor is equipped with a multi-purpose toilet. Multi-purpose Restroom Functions The entrance is wide, so you can enter and leave the restroom smoothly with your caregiver. The restroom is spacious and comfortable. The restrooms are equipped with nursing beds (except for the multi-purpose restroom next to Kawakami Dental Clinic on the North 2nd floor). The bed is large enough for an adult to lie down on, so please use it if you need to change clothes or feel sick. In addition, "priority toilets" are set up in the general men's and women's restrooms. The restroom space is large enough to allow access with a caregiver. Calm Down & Cool Down Space "Calm Down, Cool Down Space" is a space designed to help calm anxiety and feelings caused by unfamiliar travel, crowds, and a mixture of stares, sounds, and lights that could be overwhelming during your stay at the airport. This facility helps preventing panic attacks and/or tantrums. If You Feel Sick If you are not feeling well, please use the benches provided in the airport. If you wish to rest in a quiet place, you can use the multi-purpose beds (multi-purpose seats) in the multi-purpose restroom. If you need a blanket, please ask at the information desk.An internal medicine and gastroenterology clinic is also located on the North 2nd floor of the Domestic Terminal Building. From the 1st floor to Security Checkpoints (2nd floor) After checking in on the first floor, this is the route to the security checkpoint on the 2nd floor. The elevators are located in the South, Center and North. They are all equipped with audio guidance. There are two Security Checkpoints, one in the South and one in the North, each of which can be used. Please check the one nearest your boarding gate before proceeding. * There are no Braille blocks or other markers on the second floor. If you need help, the staff will be happy to assist you. Please come to Information (at either desk next to the North and South Arrivals), the Information booth on the 2nd floor, or your airline check-in counter. From Security Check to Boarding At the security checkpoint, there is a dedicated lane for customers who need assistance. Staff will assist you so you can proceed slowly and in comfort. After passing through the security checkpoint, priority seating spaces are available before boarding. After passing through security checkpoints and until boarding, each airline offers different services. If you need assistance or would like to know the details of the service in advance, please contact your airline. List of Airlines Information Center for those who need help About the Information Boards The facilities and equipment at the airport are displayed in large font with easy-to-understand symbols (pictograms).
