Domestic Terminal International Terminal About the Information Board Each destination is represented with an easy-to-understand symbol (pictogram). In addition, there are security checkpoints, information centers, and arrival gates in the North and South of the terminal. To easily understand the Information Board, the North is color-coded "pink" and the South is color-coded "blue". Furthermore, the distance to each destination is indicated in meters, so you can predict the distance and proceed with confidence. Please check the boarding gate number on the boarding pass or the flight monitor in the terminal building, and compare it with the information board The nearest boarding gate number to determine whether to go to North or South Security Checkpoint. After confirming this information, please proceed to Security. Braille Blocks On the 1st floor of the Domestic Passenger Terminal, Braille blocks are installed up to the counters of each airline, restrooms, and the North and South Information centers. This prominent yellow line helps avoid confusion as people are coming and going. Braille blocks are not installed on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th floors, so if you need help, please contact the staff at 1st floor Information (one desk each next to the North and South Arrivals) and the 2nd floor Information booth. They will guide you to your airline's check-in counter. After check-in, each airline staff member will be happy to assist you. Services vary by airline, so please contact your airline for details. List of Airlines Toilets and Multi-purpose Restrooms Each floor is equipped with a multi-purpose toilet. Multi-purpose Restroom Functions The entrance is wide, so you can enter and leave the restroom smoothly with your caregiver. The restroom is spacious and comfortable. The restrooms are equipped with nursing beds (except for the multi-purpose restroom next to Kawakami Dental Clinic on the North 2nd floor). The bed is large enough for an adult to lie down on, so please use it if you need to change clothes or feel sick. In addition, "priority toilets" are set up in the general men's and women's restrooms. The restroom space is large enough to allow access with a caregiver. Calm Down & Cool Down Space "Calm Down, Cool Down Space" is a space designed to help calm anxiety and feelings caused by unfamiliar travel, crowds, and a mixture of stares, sounds, and lights that could be overwhelming during your stay at the airport. This facility helps preventing panic attacks and/or tantrums. If You Feel Sick If you are not feeling well, please use the benches provided in the airport. If you wish to rest in a quiet place, you can use the multi-purpose beds (multi-purpose seats) in the multi-purpose restroom. If you need a blanket, please ask at the information desk.An internal medicine and gastroenterology clinic is also located on the North 2nd floor of the Domestic Terminal Building. From the 1st floor to Security Checkpoints (2nd floor) After checking in on the first floor, this is the route to the security checkpoint on the 2nd floor. The elevators are located in the South, Center and North. They are all equipped with audio guidance. There are two Security Checkpoints, one in the South and one in the North, each of which can be used. Please check the one nearest your boarding gate before proceeding. * There are no Braille blocks or other markers on the second floor. If you need help, the staff will be happy to assist you. Please come to Information (at either desk next to the North and South Arrivals), the Information booth on the 2nd floor, or your airline check-in counter. From Security Check to Boarding At the security checkpoint, there is a dedicated lane for customers who need assistance. Staff will assist you so you can proceed slowly and in comfort. After passing through the security checkpoint, priority seating spaces are available before boarding. After passing through security checkpoints and until boarding, each airline offers different services. If you need assistance or would like to know the details of the service in advance, please contact your airline. List of Airlines Information Center for those who need help About the Information Boards The facilities and equipment at the airport are displayed in large font with easy-to-understand symbols (pictograms). Braille Blocks Braille blocks are installed on the 1st and 3rd floors. The prominent yellow line helps prevent confusion as people are coming and going. Braille blocks are installed on the route from the outdoor bus stops and taxi stands to the entrance, and on the 1st floor of the Terminal to the multi-purpose restroom (South side) and to the elevators (on the south side of the 2 located at the International Terminal Central Entrance). There are no Braille blocks on the 2nd and 4th floors. If you need assistance, please ask the staff at Information on the 1st or 3rd floors. The staff will direct you to the person in charge of your airline. List of Airlines Toilets and Multi-purpose Restrooms The multi-purpose toilet has a wide entrance, making it easy to enter with a caregiver. The room is spacious and easy to use. The multi-purpose restroom is equipped with an audio guidance button near the entrance door, offering voice guidance on the location and operation of the equipment. Please use the nursing beds (multi-purpose seats) and changing rooms in the multi-purpose toilets to change clothes. Please use the elevator at the International Terminal Central Entrance on the 1st floor or the escalator in the center to go to the 3rd floor. Check in at the check-in counters (A to M). Check-in counter locations vary by airline, so please check your boarding pass. After check-in, please proceed to Departures at the back. From Departure to Boarding Passengers will go through Security and Immigration. If you require assistance, there is a priority lane to your right as you approach the departure gate. Please notify the staff and follow their instructions. After passing through the security checkpoint, priority seating is provided in the waiting area until boarding. From the time after inspection until you board, each airline has different services. If you need assistance or want to know more about the services in advance, please contact your airline.
