Placement in our accommodations will be based on that availability. USP is happy to make available four options for housing. The information below is as of December in 2020. Costs and subsidies are subject to change. Nevertheless the following is what USP intends to offer.   ■北久荘 Kitakyu-so 3-bedroom apartment, furnished(Built in 1999) ・3 bedroom apartment for 3 students with kitchen, dining room and bathroom. ・5 minutes by bike from the university. Free bike rental for exchange students is available. *Necessary to join the community cleanup activities twice a year. Monthly rent and security deposit: \30,000 rent per month Security deposit (\20,000) *Internet access fee is included *Utilities are included.   ■サニーヒル三越 Sunny Hill Mitsukoshi   3-bedroom apartment, furnished(Built in 1991) ・3 bedroom apartment for 3 students with kitchen, dining room and bathroom. ・15 minutes by bike from the university. Free bike rental for exchange students is available. Monthly rent and security deposit: \24,000 rent per month(Japanese style) （No air conditioner) \27,000 rent per month(Western style) Security deposit (\20,000) *Internet access fee is included *Utilities are included.       ■ノースヴィリッジ North Village   2-bedroom apartment, furnished(Built in 2003) ・2 bedroom apartment for 2 students with kitchen, dining room and bathroom. ・5 minutes by bike from the university. Free bike rental for exchange students is available. Monthly rent and security deposit: \35,000 rent per month Security deposit (\20,000) *Internet access fee is included *Utilities are included.         ■Monte Marino モンマリーノ 1-room apartment, furnished(Built in 2004) ・Single Room with kitchen and bathroom.  ・Beside the university.
