Fill in an "Counseling Card" at the reception, and make an appointment. You are welcome to bring friends or family members along. It is also possible to make an appointment by telephone. Counseling sessions Counseling is by appointment only. Please make an appointment by visiting the Counseling Center, or by telephone. Counseling is available from 10:30, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00. In Kyotanabe campus, you can get counseling in English on Wednesdays, and in Imadegawa campus, you can do it on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. As a rule, counseling sessions run for a maximum of 50 minutes each. It is possible to continue these sessions as many times as desired or needed. ※ You can get counseling face to face or remotely (phone/WEB).
