Since medical-dental collaboration has been one of the advantages of our hospital, I would work hard to revive the activity again. I am an adviser of the dance club in the medical campus and the football team in dental school. After three years of Covid 19 infection, I finally like to interact with undergraduate students of the clubs. My important role is to contribute to the provision of high-quality and safe healthcare services by supporting the continuous learning of hospital staffs. I will continue to develop the hospital environment for sustainable learning and growth, using my long experiences through Japanese martial arts “Budo”. INO Hideo   Vice Director I am currently in charge of medical research and international medical support at Okayama University Hospital. We are conducting many clinical trials and keep making an effort to promote the medical science and develop new innovative therapeutics. We appreciate the patients, who are actively involved in the clinical studies to accomplish this goal. If you are willing to participate the trials and studies, and contribute the advances in medicine, please let us know. In my case, I participate in the Okayama Marathon every year as Doctor Runner, and the runners always encourage me “Never say never”.
