RESEARCH On-going Project 認知症のリスクをもつ高齢者に対する進展予防を目指した多因子介入によるランダム化比較研究(J-MINT研究) 高齢者の方に生活習慣病の管理、運動、栄養、認知トレーニングに関する指導を受けていただき生活習慣を改善することで、認知機能低下を抑制できるかどうかを明らかにすることが主な目的です。国内の５施設で研究を行い、全体で約500名の方に参加いただいています。 軽度認知障害の人における進行予防と精神心理的支援のための手引き作成と介入研究(厚生労働省科学研究) 軽度認知障害(MCI)は、認知症の前段階と考えられ、この段階から認知症への進行を予防するために生活習慣（運動や食事）を見直すことが大切です。しかし、MCIの段階の人への支援は十分に行われているとは言い難いのが現状です。私たちは、MCIに関するわかりやすい『手引き（厚生労働省科学研究版）』を作成し、MCIの段階から支援をするためのプログラムの開発が必要と考えています。この研究では、高齢者の方に生活習慣病の管理、運動、栄養、認知トレーニングに関する手引きを用いたプログラムを受けていただき、より適切な生活習慣が身につくか（行動変容と呼びます）を明らかにすることが主な目的です。 地域在住高齢者を対象とした多因子介入による認知症予防プログラムの実現可能性の検討 認知症のリスクを持つ高齢者を対象とした、認知症予防のための多因子介入プログラム（J-MINT研究）を地域社会で実装するために、１）地域の文脈へ適応（Adaptation）された多因子介入プログラムが適切に運用できるかの実施可能性を確認するとともに、２）自治体が主体となり地域で実施するための実装戦略の開発を行います。令和５年度は、大府市との共同研究で２つの地域（東山地区と吉田地区）で行われます。 その他 国立長寿医療研究センター内(コホート研究、バイオバンク事業、臨床データベースの構築等）、国立高度専門医療研究センター内、大学や企業との共同研究が多数進行中です。 Completed Project 高齢者2型糖尿病における認知症予防のための多因子介入研究(J-MIND研究)
