In order to produce and sell steel foil, Toyo Kohan relies upon combining its core technologies of rolling, surface treatment, and lamination. Steel foil is available in thicknesses of 25 μm to 100 μm (thicknesses over 100 μm can be produced as regular materials) and in sheet as wide as 930 mm. In addition, depending on each customer&＃8217;s requirements, we can treat the steel foil with galvanizing or electrolytic chromic acid surface treatments. Available sheet thickness and product width depends on the steel type (hardness) and plating type, so please be sure to refer to the Available Sizes page. Although there are many ways to use steel foil, using it helps to reduce the gauge from general steel materials or reduce costs from other metal foils.
