LANGUAGEENGLISHCHINESE お問い合わせ 交通アクセス MENU 受験生の方 在学生・保護者の方 卒業生の方 企業・研究者の方 社会人・地域の方 岡山大学について 学部・大学院・病院等 教育・学生生活・就職 研究・産学連携 社会連携 国際交流 入試 ホーム 岡山大学について ソーシャルメディアアカウント 岡山大学ソーシャルメディアガイドライン(Okayama University Social Media Guidelines) 岡山大学について 岡山大学ソーシャルメディアガイドライン(Okayama University Social Media Guidelines) 平成２６年６月１８日 １　主旨 　近年、Facebook、Twitter、LINE、ブログ、動画共有サイト、電子掲示板等といったソーシャルメディアは、コミュニケーションの主要なツールとして普及し、誰でも、いつでも、どこからでも、手軽に投稿することが可能となりました。 　しかし、その一方で、ソーシャルメディアへの不用意な投稿により、発信者だけではなく、他者も巻き込む事件や事故が生じています。 　岡山大学では、すべての構成員が個人の責任において行うコミュニケーション活動を最大限尊重し、学生・教職員及び岡山大学に関わる者がソーシャルメディアを適切に利用することができるよう、私的利用にあたってのガイドラインを次のとおりとりまとめました。 　ソーシャルメディアを私的に利用する際は、本ガイドラインの内容を理解し、責任ある行動をとってください。 ２　用語の定義 　ソーシャルメディアとは、ブログ、ソーシャルネットワーキングサービス、動画共有サイトなど、利用者がインターネットやウェブ技術を用いて不特定多数のユーザーに情報を発信できるメディアのことをいいます。 ３　情報発信の心得 （１）法令遵守 　日本国の法令、岡山大学が定めた各種規則などを遵守してください。特に著作権の公正な取り扱いには注意してください。 留学、海外旅行、海外出張など国外においても、自らの置かれた状況に応じて、諸外国の法令や国際法を遵守してください。 （２）人権尊重 　一人一人の個性や多様性を尊重し、異なる意見や考え方、生き方をお互いに認め合うコミュニケーション活動を行ってください。 　基本的人権、肖像権、プライバシー権、著作権等を侵害することがないよう十分留意してください。 （３）守秘義務 　授業や研究室等で知り得た守秘義務のある情報や職務上知り得た守秘義務のある情報を発信しないように注意してください。 （４）正確な情報の発信 　虚偽の情報や誤解を招く情報を流さないよう、正確な情報を発信するようにしてください。 　虚偽の情報や不確かな情報を発信することは、あなた自身と岡山大学の名誉と信頼を損なうことになります。 （５）自覚と責任 　岡山大学の構成員であることを明らかにした上でソーシャルメディアを使用する場合は、自身の意見・見解が岡山大学の意見・見解を代表するものではないことを明記してください。 　大学名や本名を明かしていない場合でも、過去の発言内容から所属組織や個人名が推測できる場合がありますので、軽率な発信をしないようにしてください。 （６）他者への配慮 　自ら発信した情報により他者を傷つけたり誤解を与えたりした場合には、誠実に対応するように努めてください。また、自ら発信した情報に関して、批判的な反応があった場合には、感情的に対応しないようにしてください。 （７）個人情報・プライバシーの保護 　個人情報を登録・公開する際には、利用するサービスの内容を十分に検討した上で行うようにしてください。 　写真等を含む自身又は他者の個人情報・プライバシーについて、一度インターネット上に発信された情報は、第三者によって保存や転載され、完全に削除することはできないことを理解してください。 （８）授業時間中・勤務時間中の情報発信 　授業又は業務として利用する場合を除き、授業時間中又は勤務時間中に、ソーシャルメディアを利用した情報発信は慎んでください。 ４　大学における調査 　学生・教職員及び岡山大学に関わる者が、ソーシャルメディアを私的利用した結果、法令違反、人権侵害及び守秘義務違反の疑いが生じた場合又は岡山大学の名誉を著しく損ねていると大学が判断した場合には、関係機関と協議調整し、当該者の情報発信に関する履歴を調査する場合があります。 Okayama University Social Media Guidelines 18 June 2014 １　Purpose of This Document In recent years, social media such as Facebook, Twitter, LINE, blogs, video sharing sites, and electronic bulletin boards have rapidly gained popularity as major communication tools, making it possible for anyone to easily make posts anytime, anywhere. However, careless posts on social media have caused various incidents and accidents involving not only the person who posted them, but others as well. At Okayama University, we respect that all members of the university engage in online communication activities at their own discretion. We encourage students, faculty, staff, and those affiliated with Okayama University to make use of social media appropriately. As such, we have complied some guidelines for using social media. When using social media in your private capacity, you should consider the contents of this document and act responsibly. ２　Definition of Terms Social media refers to websites and applications such as blogs, social networking services, and video sharing sites that allow users to send information to an unspecified number of users using the internet and web technologies. ３　Important Things to Consider When Publishing Information Online: （１）Legal compliance Take care to comply with Japanese laws and regulations, as well as the various rules established by Okayama University. Pay particular attention to the fair handling of copyright. Even when overseas (for example, studying abroad, or traveling abroad for personal or official school purposes), please be mindful of your particular situation and take care to comply with the laws and regulations of other countries as well as international laws. （２）Respect for human rights: Respect each person's individuality and diversity. When communicating with others via social media, take care to recognize and respect different opinions, ways of thinking, and ways of life. Do not infringe on basic human rights, portrait and image rights, privacy rights, copyrights, etc. （３）Confidentiality Do not post any confidential information that you may have learned in class or laboratory settings, or any information that are professional secrets. （４）Dissemination of accurate information Be sure to post accurate information. Do not disseminate false or misleading information. Disseminating false or unconfirmed information may damage your reputation, and in some cases may reflect badly on Okayama University as well. （５）Awareness and responsibility If you identify your affiliation with Okayama University in your posts, clarify that your view/opinion does not represent the official view/opinion of the university. Even if you do not directly identify yourself with the university, or post anonymously, others might be able to work out your affiliation or personal name from previous posts; therefore, do not make any careless or inflammatory posts. （６）Consideration for others If the information you posted or uploaded hurt or mislead others in anyway, take responsibility for your actions and respond sincerely. In addition, if you receive any critical reactions to your posts, please do not respond passionately, as it could escalate the situation. （７）Protecting personal information and privacy Before registering for a service and disclosing your personal information, please carefully consider the content and purpose of the service. Read through privacy policies carefully to find out how your information can be used. Be careful when posting photographs or personal information of yourself or others.
